The Australian tree fern, or Cyathea cooperi, has lacy, feathery leaves on a sturdy trunk. It grows up to 50 feet in the wild and 20 feet in nurseries. Thriving in spacious areas with sunlight and moist soil, it adds beauty to landscapes. Fun fact: It's the fastest-growing tree fern and needs room to expand.

Light: prefer bright, indirect light. They can tolerate some direct morning sun, but avoid placing them in full, intense sunlight which can scorch the leaves.

Water: keep the soil consistently moist, but not waterlogged.

Fertiliser: every 2-4 weeks during the growing season with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer diluted to half strength. Withhold fertilizer in winter.
