RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At QUEST PLANTS, every piece is prepared with care. As many of our items are natural, made‑to‑order, or custom‑designed, our return policy reflects the nature of our work.

Please review the guidelines below before making a purchase.

1. PLANTS (LIVE & PRESERVED)

Due to the perishable nature of plants, all plant sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on live plants, preserved moss, or botanical materials unless the item arrives damaged or in poor condition.

If your plant arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the issue

  • We will assess and respond to discuss further

Plant care responsibility transfers to the customer after delivery.

2. CUSTOM INSTALLATIONS & BESPOKE ORDERS

All custom installations, moss features, made‑to‑order planters, and bespoke projects are non‑refundable once production has begun.

Deposits for custom work are non‑refundable, as they secure design time, materials, and scheduling.

If a project is postponed, we will do our best to accommodate revised timelines, subject to availability.

3. RETAIL PRODUCTS & ACCESSORIES

Non‑perishable retail items (such as pots and accessories) may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed once items have been inspected and approved.

4. PLANT RENTALS

Rental payments are non‑refundable once delivery has been completed.

If cancellation occurs prior to delivery:

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are non‑refundable

5. WORKSHOPS & PRIVATE SESSIONS

Workshop bookings are non‑refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule.

6. REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
