SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At QUEST PLANT, we aim to ensure every delivery arrives in excellent condition and in line with the standard of care we apply to our work.

Please review the details below before placing an order.

1. DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver within Hong Kong.

For outlying islands or restricted access buildings, additional delivery charges may apply. Delivery fees will be confirmed at the time of quotation or checkout.

For international enquiries, please contact us directly.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery timelines vary depending on the product or service:

  • Retail items & standard plants: Typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom planters or made‑to‑order items: Lead times will be confirmed at time of purchase.

  • Installations, rentals, and large projects: Scheduled in advance and confirmed in writing.

We will provide an estimated delivery window where possible. Exact time slots cannot always be guaranteed unless agreed prior.

3. ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe and unobstructed access to the premises

  • Lift access for larger items where applicable

  • Necessary building permissions or loading bay reservations

If delivery conditions differ from what was communicated, additional charges may apply.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

All items are inspected prior to dispatch.

For live plants, natural variations in size, shape, and colour are normal and part of their character. Slight differences from website imagery do not constitute defects.

Risk transfers to the client upon successful delivery.

5. MISSED DELIVERIES

If no one is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time:

  • Redelivery fees may apply

  • We are not responsible for plant health if items are left unattended at the client’s request

6. DAMAGES

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the issue

  • We will assess and arrange a replacement where appropriate

Claims made outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

7. INSTALLATIONS & RENTALS

Delivery, installation, and collection details will be outlined in your quotation or agreement.

Clients must ensure the space is ready at the scheduled time. Delays caused by site readiness may result in additional charges.

8. WEATHER & UNFORESEEN DELAYS

Delivery timelines may be affected by severe weather or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will communicate and reschedule as necessary.
