TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the QUEST PLANT website and services. By engaging our services, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. COMPANY DETAILS

2. SERVICES

We provide plant installations, styling, moss features, rentals, maintenance, workshops, and related services.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation in writing.

Quotes are valid for the period stated and may be revised if materials, scope, or timelines change.

3. QUOTATIONS & PAYMENT

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings or begin production.

  • Deposits for custom work are non‑refundable.

  • Final balances must be paid according to the agreed invoice terms.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery or additional fees.

Ownership of goods remains with QUEST PLANT until full payment is received.

4. INSTALLATIONS & CUSTOM PROJECTS

Custom installations, moss features, and bespoke projects are made to order and are non‑refundable once production has commenced.

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

  • Accurate site measurements

  • Clear access to the premises

  • Suitable environmental conditions (lighting, ventilation, power, etc.)

We are not responsible for plant decline due to environmental factors outside our control after installation unless covered by a maintenance agreement.

5. PLANT RENTALS

Rental agreements include delivery, installation, and collection as outlined in your quotation.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe access

  • Preventing damage, theft, or misuse during the rental period

Damaged or lost rental items may incur replacement charges.

Cancellation terms are outlined in your invoice or booking agreement.

6. MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Maintenance agreements cover only the services specified in writing.

We are not responsible for plant decline caused by:

  • Third‑party interference

  • Relocation of plants without notice

  • Changes in lighting or environmental conditions

Replacement policies will be defined in your maintenance contract.

7. WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Workshop bookings are non‑refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Participants attend at their own risk. QUEST PLANT is not liable for minor injuries resulting from normal workshop activities.

For corporate or private bookings, cancellation terms will be outlined in your agreement.

8. DELIVERY & ACCESS

Clients must ensure:

  • Safe and unobstructed access

  • Elevator or stair access where required

  • Necessary building permissions

Additional charges may apply if delivery conditions differ from those communicated.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, concepts, photographs, drawings, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of QUEST PLANT unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless confidentiality is agreed in advance.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

11. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.

All content on this site is owned by QUEST PLANT and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
